What's included?
Your event is styled by the color palette of your choice, We include seating, décor, food and drink based on your package, Setup and Clean Up, low tables, pillows, rug, lanterns, LED Candles, fresh flowers, table setting and more depending on the package.
Can I Select any location?
We can suggest many different places to have your affair we try our best to accommodate all requests, please understand when dealing with rough terrain, sand, trails, steep slopes etc. we might not be able to set up with all our décor so we aim to set up within 30 yards of delivery vehicle access.
Do we stay during your event?
No, we leave after you are settled and return once your reservation ends. If you need us for anything during your party time we leave a special number to contact us
Do I need to account for everyone in the group?
Yes if you would like them to have a seating at the table
Do I need a Permit?
Usually not but again that depends on the location, the number of people - Remember weddings always require permits.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
We don't offer any refunds but we will reschedule your event or issue a credit.
What about bad Weather?
We all know about weather in Florida. It changes ever second. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If it looks like bad weather on the day of your event we will either go to our plan B which we will have already discussed with you, We can also go over covered locations - Once its shows 30% chance of rain we will contact you to make a decision to change the date.
What about the Rules of Parks and Beaches?
All locations are in public parks and beaches. We have to follow all the park rules, Which sometimes include no glass, no alcohol, fire free.

Covid - 19 restrictions are forever changing and we always make sure to stay on top of the new rules. We follow all local and state guidelines for cleaning, sanitizing, food service, social distancing. We make sure we wear our masks and gloves.
